How do I request services?
Simply send an email to dshannon@prairie.lakes.com with the words "Online Counseling" in the subject field. In the body of the message, please type your name, your location (city and state), and a valid email address. If you are comfortable furninshing it, include also your mailing address and phone number.
You may write a brief description of the problem(s) you are seeking help with, but do not go into detail, at this time.
Please understand that the online counseling relationship does not actually begin until you have received, read, and sent back further application materials, including a statement about the limitations of this service.
I will respond as soon as possible, usually within a day,* with further instructions.
- I am sometimes away on a weekend, but if it is longer than 2 days and 3 nights, I will post a notice here.
